I called Major Drain to find the source of a dripping sound I have been hearing when I am in my basement under my kitchen. I dreaded the effort to locate and the mess to fix. The gentleman who came could find no water damage and suggested that it was the sound of tile flexing from the weight of my footed kitchen cabinets on the tiled floor. That explained both the randomness of the sound and location. I was so relieved. And the fee was their $50 Basic Service Call (drain was not ran but problem was solved or identified). I have used Major Drain for drain cleaning and was so impressed that I gave my son their name after he had called Burton only to spend 2 hours with a plumber? who was unable to clean the drain and spent his time trying to upsell. My son called Major Drain and they had their drain cleared within 15 minutes.

My technician, Sean, was able to address and resolve my floor drains the same day I called. Thoroughly explained what needed to be done, explained the cost involved, and about how long the procedure would take. Courteous and professional throughout my experience.

Very reasonable price. Trent is so respectful and an honest worker. He made sure he got my work done in an hour's time he did not try to run the clock on me. Because I had to pay by the hour. I really appreciate it that. Anything really good job and he cleaned up behind himself. Most people don't do that. I saved the number on my phone. So if I ever have any other plumbing needs I will definitely call Major drain again. Thank you so much.

We used Ryan from Major Drain to do a sewer inspection for a home we were looking at purchasing. He was fantastic & I highly recommend him to anyone in need! Professional and friendly. He explained everything and was so efficient that he found major issues in less than 15 mins of being there. So thankful that we used Major Drain. They easily saved us tens of thousands of dollars in repairs.

They didn’t even ask me to leave a review like many companies do, they are genuinely just that good. They did some major plumbing work for an absolutely reasonable price for me. Very knowledgeable and even gave me some pointers on things they noticed / need done in the future. Highly recommend. This will be my go to plumbing company going forward!!!

Called Major Drain on a Saturday afternoon after reading several positive comments on Next Door about the company. The woman who took my call was very friendly and had someone dispatched to my house 20 minutes later. The plumber was great and explained the costs upfront. He got my kitchen sink unclogged and was out the door in under 30 minutes. Would definitely call this company again!

I am so thankful for the reviews that led me to call Major Drain when my basement flooded from a sewer back up. It was a Sunday and I was very pleasantly surprised when the call was answered immediately and I was told that someone would be there within the hour. 45 minutes later Jake was at my door. Twice he snaked the line to no success, so he called Trent who came with a camera. Apparently, the line had a break at the end of my driveway. Three days later a crew came for the excavation and repair and set to work. I highly recommend this company. Every person I met was courteous, informative and patient when I kept peering over their shoulders. They constantly updated me on what was going on and when they left they did a great job of cleaning up the site. 5 stars isn't enough.

I've had Major Drain do a couple smaller projects in my home (toilet install, general plumbing repair/cleaning), and am very happy with the results of both visits. Their employees were very communicative and easy to work with, both when getting an initial quote and when their plumbers were in my home for the actual work. They'll always be one of my first calls when I need a plumber.

Effectively had the entire piping rebuilt after it came into my house, replacing corroded valves with new ones, fixing old homeowner specials with professional installs, and getting cold water to my garage rather than hot. Ended up taking about 3h. Quote was itemized and effectively parts + time at the advertised rates. Great work, great pricing. Highly recommend.

Major Drain worked on a water main leak at a flared union buried 12 feet underground and 3 feet from the house. Dayton patiently answered all my questions prior to the scheduled date. The crew showed up on time, Dan and Dayton reassessed what the project would entail, and went with the least invasive option, which was less costly than what I was quoted. I was very impressed with how considerate they were of causing the least amount of damage to the house. They were very mindful of the landscaping protecting it with plywood, which made returning things back to their original state very easy. The crew was polite and worked tirelessly even though the temperature dropped to 22 degrees throughout the morning. Sergio was incredibly skilled with the excavator and everyone appeared to know what they were doing. The people I spoke with at the office were always pleasant and professional. My experience was very positive; I would certainly contact them again.
